The MARCIA FAYT System
includes four exciting routines all on 1 DVD:

“Hi, I’m Marcia Fayt. When it comes to muscle and joint
pain, I speak from experience. Several years ago, a skiing accident left me with a severe knee injury. I drew on
my over 20 years of experience in Yoga and Martial Arts (T’ai Chi) to completely heal myself and return to my fully
active lifestyle!

With the pain I had, I found traditional exercises
too difficult to do. So I modified them, and put them into a specific, scientific sequence designed to give optimal
relief from my back pain and stiffness, knee and hip pain. That’s how the MARCIA FAYT System was born.

I’m happy to say that I’m now running 10K races again!
Also I’ve enjoyed teaching my system to hundreds of clients who are now enjoying pain free days – golfing, running,
playing hockey, playing with their kids!

Chair Routine – 10 minutes, all levels
This routine is made up of six easy-to-do exercises, designed to release tension in the lower back, and can also
help relieve sciatica. It’s a great way to start the day, to limber up and prepare the body for any activity. It
is also a wonderful set of exercises to do during the day or before or after sports. Yes, you can feel stretched
out and limber in just 10 minutes!

Floor Routine – 20 minutes, beginners:
This series of exercises is an excellent way to help relieve lower and middle back pain and stiffness. It also
works deeper into the leg muscles to help relieve hip and knee pain. All the exercises are performed on the floor
for support.

Wall Routine – 30 minutes, advanced:
Using the support of a wall, this routine is targeted at releasing muscle tension from deep within the leg muscles
up through the back. I recommend this routine as a must for anyone who is playing sports, running etc.

Upper Body Routine – 20 minutes, all
levels:
If you have stiffness or pain in the neck and shoulders, this routine will help you to dissolve the tension. If
you sit at a desk all day, or have strained these muscles through activity, the Upper Body Routine will leave you
feeling relaxed once more.
